It includes a K-12 public school and Eagles Nest licensed childcare. Vermilion & District Housing Foundation (VHDF) operates two subsidized housing units in this area. Each home is within walking distance of shops, the school, and a playground.

VDHF offers two comfortable, safe, and secure housing units in the Village of Edgerton. Each well-maintained and spacious house features three bedrooms, a main floor bathroom, a main floor living/dining room, a full kitchen, and an undeveloped insulated basement that can accommodate another legal bedroom. With a parking space, front and backyard, and plenty of green space, these homes are ideal for growing, active families.
