Dining Services

at Vermilion Valley Lodge


Our Residents get to enjoy their meals in the bright and modern Dining Room which is complimented by restaurant style services from our food services team.  Meals are planned by our fine Cooks leads by our in house Chef. Our food services team comes with a vast of experiences in culinary expertise.


Residents enjoy three meals a day and have access to available snacks and assorted beverages during and after regular meal services 24 hours a day.


Breakfast begins at 8:00 AM

Dinner begins at 12:00 PM (larger meal of the day)

Supper begins at 5:00 PM


Family members are encouraged to dine with residents during dinner or supper.  The full meal is $8.00.  Soup and Sandwich is $5.00.  All special occasion events – Christmas, Easter, Mother’s Day, Father’s Day, and Thanksgiving are $25.00.  Please note that space is limited; please call ahead for special occasions.

Families are welcome to bring in their own food to the Agland Family Dining Room.  Food may be arranged through the Lodge for resident/family parties, a catering fee will be charged.  Costs for parties, etc. will be directly billed to the organizer.

All meals are prepared from scratch in our state of the art Webb Sponsored hotel style kitchen from fresh ingredients. The Dining Service Manager ensures individual and dietary needs are met. The Chef develops a menu with the consultation of a Registered Dietician and meals are prepared to the highest standard of cooking according to Canada’s Food Guide.
