Hair Salon
Our main lodge includes the luxury of a licensed, in-house hair stylist. Appointments run Tuesday to Friday from 9 am to 4 pm. While priority is given to Vermilion Valley Lodge residents, the service is also available to all those living in the manor apartments, cottages, and community housing. Contact Vivian Wall at 780-853-5706, extension 131 for rates and to make an appointment.
Snack and Beverage Counter
Our main Vermilion Valley Lodge includes a self-serve snack and beverage counter. Enjoy 24-hour, unlimited access to your favourite treats and drinks, including a fresh cup of coffee, a refreshing soda, a hot cup of tea, a tasty snack, and much more. It’s all available when you need it with no trip to the grocery store required.
General Store
Find all the conveniences of main street right outside your door. Our resident-run general store is open Monday, Wednesday, and Friday afternoons from 12:30 PM to 1:30 PM. Here, you can quickly and easily catch up on some last-minute shopping, stock up on a number of different items, or treat yourself to some extra snacks.
Ireland Farm Recreation Kitchen
Our Ireland Farm Recreation Kitchen and multi-purpose recreation room are a perfect place for Vermilion Valley Lodge residents, family, and friends to make memories. This area may also be booked for gatherings and special occasions. It’s also where our Recreation Team provides beverages and weekly baking activities as part of our programming. Agland Family Dining Room
The beautiful Agland Family Dining Room at Vermilion Valley Lodge is available for resident, family, and general public bookings. It can accommodate up to 16 people in a boardroom setting and is ideal for birthdays, anniversaries, or executive meetings. Our hospitality team can cater your event, or you’re welcome to supply your own food and beverages. For inquiries, contact our Recreation Director.
Rotary Room
The modern and spacious Rotary Room provides the ultimate setting for meetings and large family gatherings at Vermilion Valley Lodge. It’s also where church services are held for our residents. With a seating capacity of up to 130 people, the space can be booked and enjoyed by residents, their families, or the general public. For inquiries and bookings, contact our Recreation Director.
Laundry Room
Our airy and bright resident laundry room offers a cozy place to socialize while doing your laundry or catching up on your sewing skills. It’s equipped with two washers and two dryers. Solid wood cabinets supply plenty of storage for your favourite magazines or books, and solid granite countertops are ideal for folding laundry.
