At Vermilion District & Housing Foundation (VDHF), our independent supportive living facilities are designed to ensure your comfort, security, and satisfaction—24 hours a day, seven days a week. Here, you can embrace all that life has to offer with accessible accommodations, a wide range of amenities, a calendar full of recreational and therapeutic programming, around-the-clock assistance from qualified health care aides, and regular support from home care nurses. Our independent supportive living housing portfolio currently includes 30 Continuing Care Home Type B suites (formerly DSL3), and we have also acquired 10 Temporary Capacity (CCH-Type B Secure Space) accommodations (formerly DSL4) to further support the continuing care needs of our residents.
Seniors Supportive Living Facilities (CCH-Type B)
VDHF offers a community of 30 Continuing Care Home Type B (CCH-Type B) studio suites and 10 Temporary Capacity (CCH-Type B Secure Space) suites. Each boasts 24-hour supportive care, 10-foot ceilings, a private washroom, and a comfortable living space. Here, you can enjoy gourmet meals prepared by our Executive Chef with unlimited access to beverages and snacks, day or night. At every turn, our compassionate and welcoming staff are here to provide supportive care and assist you as much or as little as you’d like.
